Body, Mind and Spirit Bracelet: Quartz/Dyed Quartz/Sandalwood
This bracelet was created to be a reminder of mindfully nourishing the Body, Mind and Spirit connection. When you put on this bracelet, wear it with the intention of feeding your body, mind and soul. Connect all three to help support and create balance and harmony in your life. Don't just go through the motions! This bracelet is a reminder to take action. So put on this bad boy and don't take it off until you have done something to feed your body, mind or soul.
This bracelet is composed of 8mm clear quartz, dyed faceted quartz and sandalwood bead.
To figure out your bracelet size measure your wrist with a soft measuring tape. (If you don't have one that's okay! Just wrap a piece of string around your wrist, mark where it meets its end and hold it up to a ruler.) Add 1/2 an inch to your wrist measurement for a snug fit, or 1 inch for a loose fit.
For example, I have a 6-inch wrist, but I wear a 7-inch bracelet because I like a loose fit, and I usually wear, at a minimum, 3-4 bracelets in a stack so the extra space leaves enough room for everything.
Quartz is considered to be a master healing stone. It's a high vibrating stone that can increase spiritual wisdom and help you reach transcendental states during meditation. It not only amplifies your energy and thoughts making it an ideal stone to program with your intentions but also amplifies the energy of other gemstones it touches. It's one of the most versatile stones out there making it an excellent stone to start with if you're just getting into crystal healing.
Sandalwood is a sacred wood with a lovely aromatic scent. It is used extensively in modern times for incense, aromatherapy, carvings, malas (prayer beads), Ayurvedic medicine, perfumes, and essential oils, where it is said to bring one closer to the Divine. Sandalwood's scent is both excellent for staying present and alert during meditation, which makes it wonderful for ritual and spiritual practice. Its scent is said to transform desires, and also to bring emotional balance. In alternative healing, sandalwood is used in Ayurvedic medicine, and to treat anxiety, insomnia, neuralgia, sciatica, depression, urinary tract infections, coughs, nausea, dry skin, cardiac tonic, inflammations, fevers, antiseptic, dysentery, and stress-related disorders.
